Today I’m going to tell you about the five top anti-aging ingredients for skin that you need to be using all the time. For a complete skin care routine, you should also be using anti aging devices.

Vitamin A

I cannot think of a more important ingredient for anti-aging than vitamin A. It is originally used just for acne and then they found that the people’s wrinkles were going away.

Vitamin A prevents premature aging of the skin. It also reduces the lines you already have. It is also amazing for sunspots, acne, etc.

For all the problems, vitamin A is the treatment. That’s why we recommend it.

Great products to start using for someone dealing with anti aging are those with retinol.

There are other versions of vitamin A but they’re all weak, they’re all watered-down, washed out.

If you actually want to see changes this year make sure you stick to either a prescription or a molecular retinol formula.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is an antioxidant and antioxidants are the key to avoiding UVA and UVB damages in the skin that gives you lots of sunspots and pigmentation.

When your skin is targeted by oxidants, applying an antioxidant every day is one of your number-one choices that you should be making.

Vitamin C is that number one studied antioxidant which is why we choose this.

Neuropeptides

Everybody hears about peptides. Neuropeptides are a special group of peptides. They target your muscle contractions.

They tell your cells: chill, relax, that’s exactly what we wanted to happen. This is not an injection, it’s not as strong as a Botox injection.

But if you do get Botox injections, it will actually enhance your injection and spread it out a little bit further. So instead of getting injection every three months, you could probably go 4 months or even five months.

They work in the forehead, around the eyes and around the mouth area. Those are the targeted areas where you’re constantly moving and that’s exactly where we need the smoothing to happen.

Hydroxy Acids

They are a family of acids, such as lactic, mandelic, glycolic, salicylic, etc.

What they do is help to gently exfoliate the skin and what you want to do is use them every day and the easiest way to do that is to use a cleanser that’s acid base.

You just need to choose by your skin type.

For example, if you have dry skin or your sensitive skin, we want something that’s milder and creamy and hydrating. Choose an anti-aging lactic cleanser.

Chemical Peels

Specifically a TCA peel. It’s been studied that TCA stimulates collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycans, which actually help your skin retain its moisture. It just holds everything together.

It’s good for your collagen, it’s amazing.

That’s from a single peel.

If you do only one TCA peel in your whole life, your skin will be better than if you never did a TCA peel.

Can you imagine what would happen if you actually do a series of eight TCA peels?

Your skin will be amazing. So that’s why we recommend TCA.

Once you get into the swing of performing a chemical peel, you’re gonna be hooked. It is so simple, it’s as easy as wash your face, put on some alcohol, wipe the acid on, and rinse it off.

In a few days you’re gonna peel, you gonna peel for a few more days and then your skin’s gonna look beautiful and then in a couple weeks you do it again.

It’s that simple. As simple as applying a facial toner.
