In Pakistan the weddings are a very important function in any family. Obviously everyone wants to have a best function that gives them the best memories of their lives. They are Mehndi which is held on the first day, the Baraat or the Rukhsati held on the second day and the Walima reception given by the groom and his family held a day or two afterwards. The colors of the dress are however the traditional mehndi colors including yellow, orange and greens. The dresses worn include long shirts with churidars, beautiful frocks with multiple plates worn with a churidar or a trouser.
