For Example, a facial mask using the papaya fruit is great because the enzymes in the papaya help to remove dead and flacking skin. In other words, it is a great natural exfoliator. Similarly, a facial mask made with bananas can help moisturize the skin while strawberries are useful in combating oily skin. So go ahead and try some fruit mask if you want your skin to have a vigorous, normal glow.

  1. 1.       Oily Skin:

If you have oily skin, you should use a tomato slice on your face and rinse with water. This works like a fresh astringent and closes the pores. Besides this, orange removes the impurities caused by greasiness and also gives you a glow without looking oily.

Banana is good for your dry skin because it acts as a moisturizer and softens the dry skin. Furthermore, haldi tends to brighten your skin.

If you have this skin type, your T–Zone is usually oily and the C-Zone is dried out. This means, your forehead and cheeks are dried out and the rest is oily. So here, you can use the oily skin pack for the portion that is oily and the dry skin pack for the part that is dry.

  1. 4.       Normal Skin:

If you have normal or fresh skin, pomegranate will work well for you. If you are unable to get pomegranate you can use cucumber instead.

  1. 5.       Fruit Masks for Different Age Group:
  • If you are 16 to 25 years, you skin is prone to acne. For such skin, you must use cucumber, orange, sweet lime, multani mitti and sandalwood powder.
  • If you are between 25 to 30 years and you have normal skin, you should use watermelon, sweet lime, banana, sandalwood powder and multani mitti in your pack.

If you are above 35 years, you have mature skin and you need more moisturizer. So, mashed banana and custard apple is food for you. Watermelon helps a great deal as it hydrates your skin and helps maintain the PH balance. You should also use more sandalwood and just a pinch of multani mitti in your pack. Also, if you have wrinkle, mashed banana work well as it helps.
